Notes for Applicants 申請人須知

1. Applicants should complete one application form for each entry.
   申請人必須就每一個參賽項目填寫一份申請表格。
2. For details of the requirements on the application for Hong Kong ICT Awards 2024: Student Innovation Award, please refer to the document entitled “Call for entries and Guidelines” which is available on the official website at https://edcity.hk/ictawards
   有關申請2024香港資訊及通訊科技奬：學生創新獎的詳細資料，請登入官方網站https://edcity.hk/ictawards 並參閱文件「參賽須知及指引」。
3. Please ensure that all relevant parts of this form are completed and the information is accurate.
   請確保本表格內所有部份已填妥及資料正確。
4. Please submit the completed online application form along with other equivalent supporting documents on or before 11:59pm (HKT), 12 July 2024. Late submission will not be accepted.
   請於2024年7月12日香港時間晩上11時59分或之前填妥並提交網上申請表格以及其他相關的證明文件。遲交表格將不獲接納。
5. Applicants should notify EdCity if there are any subsequent changes to the information provided, after submission of the form.
   提交申請表格後，本表格內的資料如有任何更改時，申請人必須儘快通知香港教育城。
